Shipping Policies

Here are our estimated shipping delivery times:

EU from European facility: 5-8 business days

USA from American facility: 5-­8 business days

Canada from American facility: 6­-12 business days

World from either facility: 10­-20 business days


Your order will be sent out on average within 3 days of ordering.
International shipping: International shipments may incur customs fees. The customs policy is different in each country, and the fee is usually based on a variety of factors like weight, value, and size. We do not take responsibility for customs fees.
Order never arrived:
If your order didn’t end up arriving, be sure to let us know!
First, check your shipping confirmation and check that you had entered the correct address.
If the address was incorrect, we’d be happy to send you another order to the correct address, however, it will have to be at your cost. If the shipping address was correct, get in touch with us at hello making sure you quote your order number. We’ll see what can be done.

PAYMENT

We use some of the worlds most established payment processors. For secure credit card transactions we use Strpe. And for digital payments we use Pay Pal.

Your details are handled by our payment solution providers above and use industry leading security methods to prevent fraud and misuse. Your transaction detail is not stored by us and are encrypted.

RETURNS

To return your product, you should email hello@mcnuttsdesign.com , or if more convenient direct message us on Facebook, Instagram or Twitter to get a reason code for your return, please explain in your message the issue with your order. Please read carefully the below policies before ordering / returning items:

Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it, any tags still attached. It must also be in the original packaging.

Several types of goods are exempt from being returned, for example custom printed items that are unique to the purchaser – for example containing a family name, or placement of an image requested by the purchaser. We also do not accept products that are intimate or sanitary goods, or hazardous materials. Customised items can only be returned if there is an error on our side.

Additional non-returnable items:

  • Gift cards
  • Free Gifts as part of a promotion where no purchased product is included, for example competition winner prize.

To complete your return, we require proof of purchase – this will be your email address that you used during checkout.

Refunds (if applicable)
Contact us for the correct return address, as we use multiple locations depending on your location and reason for returning.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at hello@mcnuttsdesign.com and send your item to the address we have emailed you with in our response.

Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift code will be emailed to you.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will need the gift giver to contact us for details on issuing refunds or exchanges.

We can not issue refunds for items that have already been worn, unless there is a failure in the product due to normal use.

Please follow the washing instructions carefully. If you are unsure of how to care for your items, please message us and we will gladly offer assistance. Do not wash printed fabrics in hot temps, do not iron prints, and for longevity, wash inside out. Air dry, do not tumble dry.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are shipping an item over £25 (or Foreign Currency equivalent), you should consider using a tracked shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
